  • 2 cups - shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 - large avocado, peeled, pitted, sliced
  • 1/4 cups - chopped fresh spinach
  • 1 tablespoons - chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons - chopped onion
  • 1/4 cups - low-fat mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoons - garlic powder
  • 6 - large (10 inches) whole-grain tortillas
  • Directions:

    In a bowl, mix together all ingredients except tortillas. Season with salt and pepper.

    Serve wrapped in the whole-grain tortillas.
