Green Beans-mozzarella and parmesean Tell a Friend

  • - Fresh Green beans
  • 2 tablespoons - Grated Parmesean
  • 1/4 cups - Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoons - minced garlic
  • - salt to taste
  • - pepper to taste
  • - Mozarella (not shredded)
  • Directions:

    Cut ends off green beans and put on a greased baking sheet.
    Put parmesean, garlic, salt and pepper in olive oil and spread mixture on green beans.
    Bake 425 degrees for 20 minutes.
    Put slices of mozzarella on beans, broil for 4 minutes.
