  • 1 tablespoons - olive oil
  • 1 tablespoons - butter or margarine
  • 3 cups - fresh or frozen green beans
  • 1 pounds - mushrooms, washed & sliced
  • - salt and pepper , to taste
  • Directions:

    Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet until butter is melted and oil is hot. Gently pour in green beans and mushrooms and season with salt and pepper. Stir and cook over medium-high heat until vegetables are crisp-tender, about 10-12 minutes (depending on whether you're using fresh or frozen green beans). Serve immediately.
