  • 2 - large packages Jell-o
  • 4 cups - boiling water
  • 3 cups - sugar
  • 1 - large can lemonade
  • 2 - large cans pineapple juice
  • 5 cups - cold water
  • 2 bottles - ginger ale (2 liters each)
  • Directions:

    Dissolve jell-o in boiling water, and stir in sugar until dissolved.

    Add lemonade and pineapple juice to mixture, stirring well.

    Stir in the cold water and freeze the mixture.

    Before serving, add ginger ale. (Scoop the frozen mixture into a punch bowl and pour ginger ale over all).

    Jello, lemonade and pineapple juice are frozen; then served up with ginger ale added for a slushy citrus punch that's perfect for showers, weddings, brunches and summer parties.
