Golden Cups/Walnut Tarts Tell a Friend

  • 2 cups - Flour, AP, Sifted
  • 1 cups - Butter
  • 8 ounces - Cream Cheese, Softened
  • Filling
  • 2 whole - Eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups - Brown Sugar, packed
  • 1 1/2 cups - Walnuts, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoons - Vanilla
  • 2 tablespoons - Butter, melted
  • Directions:

    Mix the dough ingredients like a pie crust.
    For the filling, beat the Eggs until light and foamy. Beat in the Sugar. Add the Vanilla and melted Butter. Mix, then fold in the Walnuts.

    Line the cups of a mini muffin pan with the dough mixture. Add the filling mixture, so the cups are half full.

    Bake at 375F for at least 20 minutes.
