Ingredients:

  • 4 - melons (cantaloupe, honeydew, watermelon), peeled and cubed
  • 1/4 cups - pineapple juice
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons - honey
  • 1/4 teaspoons - ground ginger
  • Directions:

    1. Combine the 4 assorted cubed melons.
    2. combine 1/4 cup pineapple juice, 1 1/2 tablespoons honey and 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger.
    3. Pour over melon cubes and toss.
