Fruity Smoothie Pops Tell a Friend

Ingredients:

  • 1 cans - 8.4 oz. pineapple juice
  • 12 ounces - vanilla low-fat yogurt
  • 8 ounces - frozen strawberries and blueberries, partially thawed
  • 4 - ripe bananas
  • Directions:

    Combine all ingredients in a blender (berries and bananas into blender first, topped with yogurt and juice).

    Cover; blend until smooth.

    Pour into popsicle molds and freeze at least 4 hours.
