  • 1 cans - pineapple tidbits, 15.5 oz.
  • 2 cans - light fruit cocktail, 15 oz. each
  • 2 cans - mandarin oranges, small can, drained, discard liquid
  • 1 cups - fat free sour cream
  • 1 tubs - fat free Cool Whip, thawed, 12 oz.
  • 2 boxes - sugar free, fat free white chocolate pudding mix, small boxes
  • Directions:

    Save cherries out of fruit cocktail and set aside for putting on top of finished product.

    Drain pineapple and fruit cocktail, reserving 1-1/2 cups of liquid.

    Mix reserved liquid with the pudding mix. Then fold in sour cream and Cool Whip.

    Add all fruit into the mix; chill for at least an hour and enjoy.
