Ingredients:

  • 2 bags - washed mixed salad greens, 10 oz. bags
  • Apples and Colby
  • 1 whole - green apple, chopped
  • 1 whole - red apple, chopped
  • 8 - colby or mozzarella cheese, cubed
  • 1 cups - balsamic vinaigrette
  • Pear and Cheddar
  • 1 whole - red bartlett pear, sliced
  • 1 whole - green bartlett pear, sliced
  • 6 - cheddar cheese, cubed
  • 1 cups - sun-dried tomato vinaigrette
  • Orange, Grape and Feta
  • 1 cups - orange sections
  • 1 cups - red grape halves
  • 8 - feta cheese, crumbled
  • Grapefruit and Monterey Jack
  • 2 cups - grapefruit sections
  • 8 - monterey jack cheese, cubed
  • 1 cups - parmesan romano dressing
  • Directions:

    For each salad, empty mixed salad greens onto a large serving plate. Arrange fruit and cheese over greens. Drizzle with dressing, and sprinkle with 1/2 cup of almonds or walnut pieces.
