Frozen Peach Treat Tell a Friend

  • 1 cans - sliced yello cling peaches in unsweetened fruit juice, well drained
  • 1 cups - Plain low-fat yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons - Granulated sugar
  • - Toasted coconut flakes, garnishment
  • - mint springs, garnishment
  • Directions:

    Place peach slices not touching each other on baking sheet and freeze about 1 1/2 hours until hard. Put in blender or food processor; add yogurt and sugar into dessert bowls; sprinkle with coconut and top with mint sprigs. Serve immediately.

    Brief Description

    Eat with a spoon or melt a few minutes, pour into a glass and sip through a straw. For a spur-of-the-moment treat, freeze an extra batch of peaches; pop them into a plastic bag and store in the freezer.
