  • 2/3 cups - plus 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cups - pine nuts
  • 1 cups - pecans
  • 4 cloves - garlic
  • 2 - shallots
  • 1 ounces - portabella mushrooms
  • 2 cups - fresh cilantro
  • 1 tablespoons - dried basil
  • Directions:

    Place the nuts, garlic, shallots and mushrooms into the blender. Add 2/3 cup of olive oil and blend for 3 minutes.

    Add the cilantro, basil, and remaining 1/4 cup of olive oil. Continue blending.

    Serve over your favorite veggie.
