  • 1 cups - Quaker Oats (quick or old-fashioned), Uncooked - For topping
  • 1/4 cups - Brown sugar, Firmly packed - For topping
  • 1/4 cups - Margarine (1/2 stick), Melted - For topping
  • 1/4 teaspoons - Ground cinnamon, For topping
  • 1/4 cups - Brown sugar, Firmly packed - For filling
  • 1/4 cups - Water, For filling
  • 2 tablespoons - All-purpose flour, For filling
  • 1/2 teaspoons - Ground cinnamon, For filling
  • 6 cups - Peaches, pears or apples (6-8 medium), Peeled & sliced
  • Directions:

    1. Heat oven to 350.
    2. For topping, combine ingredients, mix well; set aside.
    3. For filling, combine dry ingredients, mixing well. Add fruit, tossing to coat.
    4. Spoon into 8-in. square glass baking dish.
    5. Top w/ reserved oat mixture.
    6. Bake 40-45 min. or until fruit is tender.
