Fresh Blueberry Banana Bread Tell a Friend

Ingredients:

  • 1 cups - Blueberries
  • 1 3/4 cups - Flour
  • 2 teaspoons - Baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoons - Baking Soda
  • 1/2 teaspoons - Salt
  • 1/3 cups - Butter
  • 2/3 cups - Sugar
  • 2 - Eggs
  • 1 cups - Mashed bananas
  • Directions:

    1. Toss the washed & drained blueberries with 2 T. of the flour.
    2. Cream the butter & sugar together & beat in the eggs, one at a time.
    3. Add 1/2 the flour & the baking powder, soda & salt. Add 1/2 the mashed bananas.
    Beat until blended. Add the remaining flour, then the remaining banana, stirring until well blended.
    4. Stir in the blueberries.
    5. Bake in greased loaf pan in a 350 degree oven for 50 to 60 minutes.
    Makes one loaf
