Flounder Stuffed with Shrimp Tell a Friend

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 - small onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoons - butter
  • 1/2 cups - fresh bread crumbs
  • 4 ounces - shrimp, chopped
  • 1 cloves - garlic, chopped
  • 1 tablespoons - chopped parsley
  • 1/8 teaspoons - salt
  • dashes - thyme
  • - freshly ground pepper
  • 2 - fillets of flounder (5 oz. each)
  • 2 tablespoons - white wine
  • 2 tablespoons - water
  • Directions:

    Saute onion in butter; add bread crumbs and crisp. Stir in shrimp, garlic, parsley and other seasonings; cook for 1 minute. Remove from heat.

    Place half of shrimp mixture in center of each fillet. Fold up ends into tight roll.

    Place in baking dish and sprinkle with white wine and water. Cover and bake at 350 degrees F for 15 minutes.
