Ingredients:

Make Cardamom Cachaca:
  • 1/4 cups - Cardamom Pods
  • - 750 Milliliters Cachaca
  • Make cocktail:
  • 1/2 ounces - Cardamom Cachaca
  • 1/2 ounces - Simple Syrup
  • 6 dashes - Bitters
  • 5 ounces - Pale Ale
  • 1 slices - Cucumber
  • 1 sprigs - Mint
  • - Nutmeg
  • Directions:

    Make cardamom cachaça:
    Combine ¼ cup cardamom pods and 750 milliliters cachaça. Let infuse 4 days. Strain, discarding cardamom.

    Make Cocktail:
    Fill a highball glass ¾ full with ice and add ½ ounce cardamom cachaça, ½ ounce simple syrup and 6 dashes bitters, such as Dr. Adam Elmegirab's Dandelion & Burdock Bitters. Stir, top with 5 ounces pale ale and garnish with slice of cucumber and sprig of mint. Grate nutmeg over top to finish.
