  • - ½ – 2/3 cup grapeseed oil vegenaise
  • 2 - tsp fresh lemon juice
  • - Sea salt
  • - Pepper

  • - Shredded carrots
  • - Chopped apples
  • - Chopped grapes
  • - Dried cranberries
  • - Raisins
  • - Mustard
  • Healing Diet Add-ins
  • - Curry powder
  • - Gomasio
  • - Chopped celery
  • - Chopped pickles
  • - Raw pecans, chopped
  • - Raw almonds, sliced or slivered
  • - Raw walnuts, chopped
  • Directions:

    Can be served cold, on a bed of lettuce, or hot.  Heat at 350 15-18 minutes.
