Egg Salad Tell a Friend

Ingredients:

  • 6 - Eggs, boiled
  • 4 pieces - cooked bacon
  • 1/4 cups - shredded cheddar
  • 3 tablespoons - Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoons - salt
  • 1/4 teaspoons - Cracked pepper
  • 4 oz - cream cheese
  • Directions:

    1. In a small bowl, mash together cream cheese, mayo, salt and pepper.
    2. In a large bowl, use a pastry cutter to mash up eggs. Finally chop the bacon and add to eggs.
    3. Add shredded cheddar and cream cheese mixture to eggs and bacon. Mix well
