  • 1 - angel food cake, cubed or torn into pieces
  • 2 pounds - strawberries, washed, hulled, sliced
  • 2 cartons - Cool Whip light
  • Directions:

    In bottom of trifle dish or large bowl, layer half of food cake pieces, followed by one tub of Cool Whip spread evenly over pieces, and half of the sliced strawberries. Repeat layers, ending with strawberries. Cover and refrigerate for 30-60 minutes to allow flavors to combine. Serve garnished with dollops of whip cream, if desired.
