Easy Homemade Granola Tell a Friend

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups - oats
  • 3 tablespoons - almond butter
  • 4 tablespoons - maple syrup
  • dashes - vanilla
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons - ground cinnamon
  • Directions:

    Preheat oven to 325 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
    In a large bowl, stir together the oats and cinnamon and set aside.
    In a small saucepan over medium low heat, melt together the almond butter, maple syrup, and vanilla.
    Stir the almond butter mixture into the oats and mix until well combined.
    Spread in a single layer on the parchment lined sheet and bake for about 15 minutes. Let it cool on the sheet for about 15 minutes for it to firm up.
    Store in an airtight container.
