  • 6 - tenderloin steaks or london broil
  • 2 teaspoons - meat tenderizer, without MSG
  • 2 tablespoons - onion, minced
  • 2 teaspoons - thyme
  • 2 teaspoons - marjoram
  • 1 - bay leaf, crushed
  • 1 cups - red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cups - extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons - fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cups - cracked and crushed peppercorns
  • Directions:

    Place steaks in a shallow dish. Mix the remaining ingredients in a small bowl to make marinade. Pour marinade over the meat and pierce both sides of each piece of meat several times with fork.
    Refrigerate 4-6 hours. Grill to desired taste.
