  • 2 cups - pineapple juice
  • 3/4 cups - frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
  • 1 - medium banana OR 3/4 cup frozen strawberry slices
  • 1 cups - frozen unsweetened peach slices
  • 5 cups - carbonated water (OR half rum or vodka)
  • - lemon-lime carbonated beverage or ginger ale, chilled, for serving
  • Directions:

    In a blender container combine pineapple juice, orange juice concentrate, banana (or strawberry slices) and peach slices. Blend until smooth.

    Stir in carbonated water (Or half carbonated water and half vodka or rum, as desired).

    Pour into a 2-quart baking dish. Cover and freeze for 3-5 hours or until firm.

    To serve, let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes; scrape surface of mixture to form slush. Fill glasses half full of slush, and add 7-up, Sprite, or ginger ale to fill glass.

    Pineapple and orange juices with bananas, strawberries or peaches, (vodka or rum optional), are frozen and served slushy with ginger ale or 7-up.
