  • 2 bunches - dandelion greens, stems trimmed
  • 1 - daikon radish, cut in half and sliced on the bias, about 1/8-inch thick
  • 4 - large shitake mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 tablespoons - safflower oil
  • 2 tablespoons - tamari
  • - pepper, to taste
  • Directions:

    Heat oil in a skillet over medium high heat and add daikon and mushrooms; then saute for about 2-3 minutes.

    Add tamari and greens; then saute for 1 more minute. Season with pepper and serve.
