Ingredients:

  • 6 - eggs
  • 1 pints - light cream
  • 1/4 cups - dry Vermouth
  • 1 tablespoons - lemon juice
  • 1/2 cups - chopped onion, sauteed
  • 1 1/2 pounds - king crab meat, coarsely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoons - dry mustard
  • 1/8 teaspoons - cayenne (red) pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoons - salt
  • 1 pinchs - white pepper
  • 1 teaspoons - dried chopped parsley
  • 1 - pie pastry
  • 1/2 pounds - grated Swiss cheese
  • Directions:

    Lightly beat the eggs with cream, Vermouth, and lemon juice.

    Mix in all remaining ingredients (except Swiss cheese) and pour into pie shell.

    Sprinkle grated Swiss cheese on top. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
