Curried Crab Dip Tell a Friend

  • 1 pounds - Cooked lump crabmeat, Shells and cartilage removed
  • 6 tablespoons - Mayonnaise (real mayo)
  • 3 tablespoons - Green onions, Chopped
  • 2 tablespoons - Lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons - Worestershire sauce
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons - Curry powder
  • 1/4 teaspoons - Salt
  • - Apple slices, cherry tomatoes and/or crackers
  • Directions:

    1. In a large bowl, combine crabmeat, mayonnaise, 2 T green onions, lemon juice, worchestershire sauce, curry powder and salt. Serve immediately or cover and chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
    2. Transfer dip to a serving bowl and arrange on a platter with apple slices, cherry tomatoes and crackers. Top w/ remaining green onions.
