Ingredients:

  • 1 cups - Plain nonfat yogurt, suggest Greek
  • 2 tablespoons - Light mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons - Lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoons - Dried dill week
  • - Salt, to taste
  • - Pepper, to taste
  • 1 cloves - Garlic, minced
  • 3 cups - Cucumbers, peeled, thinly sliced (about 2 large)
  • 1/4 cups - Red Onion, thinly sliced
  • Directions:

    Mix all ingredients except cucumbers and onion in large bowl. Stir in cucumbers and onions. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes to blend flavor.
