Ingredients:

  • 1 - Cucumber, peeled, seeded, chopped
  • 1 cups - Nonfat yogurt
  • 1 tablespoons - Fresh mint, finely chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoons - Ground cumin
  • Directions:

    Stir all ingredients together and serve immediately. May be prepared ahead and refrigerated, covered, for up to 2 hours.
