Crustless Swiss Cheese Quiche Tell a Friend

  • 7 - Eggs
  • 5 - Egg Yolks
  • 1 cups - Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 cups - Half and Half Cream
  • 3 cups - Swiss Cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cups - Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded and divided
  • 1/4 cups - Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • 1/4 teaspoons - Salt
  • Directions:

    Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, combine eggs, egg yolks, whipping cream, half-and-half, parmesan cheese, 1/4 cup cheddar cheese, Swiss cheese, and salt; pour into a greased 9-in. deep-dish pie plate. Sprinkle with remaining cheddar cheese.

    Bake 45-50 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting. Yield: 6 servings.
