Crunchy Tuna Wraps Tell a Friend

Ingredients:

  • 1 cans - tuna fish
  • 1/4 cups - celery, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cups - green onions, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons - sweet red pepper, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons - lite mayo
  • 2 - low carb tortillas
  • 1 cups - shredded lettuce
  • Directions:

    In a small bowl, mix the first five* ingredients until blended. Spread over tortillas; sprinkle with lettuce. Roll up tightly jelly-roll style.
