Crockpot Mexican Shredded Chicken Tell a Friend

  • - 1 1/2 - 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 1 cups - chicken broth
  • 1/3 cups - Salsa
  • 1/2 teaspoons - Onion Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoons - Garlic Powder
  • 1/8 teaspoons - Chili Powder, More if you like it hot!
  • 1/4 teaspoons - Paprika
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons - Cumin
  • - Sea Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Directions:

    Place chicken in Crockpot (I always spray mine with Pam...keeps things from sticking with any recipe). Add remaining ingredients and stir to combine. Cook on low 6-8 hours. Shred chicken with forks about a 1/2 hour before serving. Enjoy!
