Ingredients:

  • 6 - chicken breasts, skinless, boneless
  • 2 cups - chicken broth
  • 1 cups - barbecue sauce
  • 2 teaspoons - dried minced onion
  • 2 teaspoons - Essence or fajita or creole seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons - corn starch
  • 2 tablespoons - cold water
  • 4 cups - cooked brown rice
  • Directions:

    Place chicken breasts in crockpot and sprinkle with minced onion and preferred seasonings. Pour barbecue sauce and chicken broth over top of chicken. Cook on medium heat for 6 hours. Then mix corn starch and cold water 'til corn starch is dissolved well. Pour into crockpot and stir into sauce to thicken. Serve over brown rice.
