Crock Pot Honey Garlic Chicken Tell a Friend

Ingredients:

  • 6 - boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 4 cloves - garlic, minced
  • 1/3 cups - honey
  • 1/2 cups - low-sodium ketchup
  • 1/2 cups - low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoons - dried oregano
  • 2 tablespoons - fresh parsley
  • 1/2 tablespoons - toasted sesame seeds
  • Directions:

    Arrange chicken thighs on bottom of slow cooker; set aside.

    In a mixing bowl combine garlic, honey, ketchup, soy sauce, oregano and parsley; whisk until well combined.

    Pour sauce over chicken thighs. Cover with a lid and cook for 4 to 5 hours on Low heat OR 3 to 4 hours on High.

    Remove lid and transfer chicken to serving plate. Spoon sauce over chicken and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
