  • 4 - medium baking potatoes (about 2 pounds)
  • 1 cloves - garlic, split
  • 3 tablespoons - butter
  • 2 cups - shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 cups - beef broth, undiluted
  • - salt, pepper, nutmeg, to taste
  • Directions:

    Slice potatoes in food processor.

    Rub 2 quart baking dish with garlic and butter.

    Spread layers of potatoes, salt, pepper, nutmeg, and cheese. Dot with butter.

    Pour broth over all.

    Bake (covered) at 350 degrees F for 1 hour or longer.
