Creamy Slow Cooker Chicken-Keto Tell a Friend

Ingredients:

  • 6 - Boneless Chicken Breast
  • 3 tablespoons - Butter
  • 1/2 teaspoons - poultry seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoons - Rosemary
  • 1/4 teaspoons - Thyme
  • 1 teaspoons - Garlic
  • 3/4 cups - chicken broth
  • 6 pieces - bacon, crumbled
  • 2/3 cups - heavy whipping cream
  • 2 ounces - cream cheese
  • 1 cups - cheese
  • 3/4 teaspoons - Xanthan Gum
  • - salt and pepper
  • Directions:

    Add Chicken, butter, poultry seasoning, rosemary, thyme, garlic, and chicken broth to slow cooker
    Crumble 1/2 the bacon on top
    Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3-3.5 hours
    Add heavy whipping cream and cream cheese and stir
    Shred the chicken in the slow cooker with forks
    Sprinkle Xanthan Gum and allow to simmer with the top off for a few minutes to thicken
    Add cheese and more bacon.
    Cover until cheese melts
