Creamy Broccoli Salad Tell a Friend

  • 2 pounds - Broccoli, Cut in bite sized pieces
  • 3 tablespoons - Lemon Juice
  • 2 tablespoons - Mayonnaise
  • 3/4 cups - Cashew cream, Blend soaked cashews with 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 teaspoons - Sea Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons - Tarragon, Dried/Crushed
  • 1 bunches - Green Onions, Sliced
  • 1/4 teaspoons - Black Pepper
  • Directions:

    Lightly steam broccoli then rinse in cold water and drain. Combine all other ingredients and pour over drained broccoli. Mix and chill for 3 hours or longer, stir again before serving.
