Crawfish Pasta Tell a Friend

Ingredients:

  • - cooking spray
  • 1/2 cups - diced onion
  • 1/4 cups - diced celery
  • 1/4 cups - diced bell pepper
  • 1/4 cups - chopped parsley
  • 1 teaspoons - minced garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoons - paprika
  • 1/4 cups - chopped green onion
  • - salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 teaspoons - chicken broth base
  • 1 cans - chopped tomatoes
  • 1 pounds - cooked crawfish meat
  • 1/2 cups - shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 pounds - cooked pasta, whole wheat or multi-grain
  • - Parmesan cheese and parsley, for topping and garnish
  • Directions:

    Sauté vegetables in cooking spray.

    Add broth and tomatoes; cook about 10 minutes.

    Add crawfish and parmesan cheese to thicken.

    Roll in pasta. Place in serving bowl.

    Top with Parmesan cheese and parsley. Serve piping hot.
