Cranberry Squares Tell a Friend

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 sticks - butter (not margarine)
  • 1 1/2 cups - sugar
  • 2 - eggs
  • 1 teaspoons - almond extract
  • 1 1/2 cups - flour
  • 2 cups - whole fresh cranberries
  • 1/2 cups - nuts
  • Directions:

    Cream butter and sugar together and then add eggs, extract and flour.

    Mix in cranberries and nuts. Mixture will be thick.

    Grease a 9-x-9-inch baking pan and pour batter into dish.

    Bake in 350 degrees F preheated oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour until golden brown.

    Notes
