  • 2 cups - Cranberries, Fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 cups - Pineapple Chunks
  • 1/2 - Orange, Peeled
  • 1 - Apple, Seeded
  • 4 - Celery Ribs
  • 1/2 cups - Pecans or Walnuts
  • Directions:

    Use food processor to dice cranberries, pineapple, orange, apple, celery and nuts to desired size. Mix together in a bowl and serve as is or over mixed salad greens.
