Ingredients:

  • 4 - Chicken Breasts, or 1 turkey breast
  • 1 cans - Whole Berry Cranberry Sauce
  • 2/3 cups - Orange Juice
  • 1 envelopes - Lipton Onion Soup Mix
  • 2 tablespoons - , optional
  • Directions:

    Mix all ingredients, except the chicken or turkey together in a large bowl.
    Place chicken or turkey in the crockpot and cover with the sauce mixture.
    Cook on Low for 6 hours or High for 4 hours in the crock pot.
    Optional Gravy: take the drippings from the crock pot and 2TBSP Cornstarch and heat until boiling and thick in a sauce pan.

    Brief Description

    I found this recipe for a Thanksgiving Crock Pot Turkey and it's DELICIOUS!!!!!! I'll never make a Turkey in the oven again and have also tried this with chicken breasts and it's equally as good. Option to make gravy at the end or serve as is! Both are great!

    Notes

    For a quicker gravy, I've also added a can of turkey gravy to 1/2 c of the drippings. No heating or cornstarch required!
