Ingredients:

  • 3 cups - rolled oats
  • 1/2 cups - to 3/4 cup sesame seeds
  • 1 cups - raw pumpkin seeds
  • 1 cups - raw sunflower seeds
  • 1 cups - unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1 cups - unsweetened dried cherries
  • 1/2 cups - maple syrup
  • 1/2 cups - to 3/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cups - to 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • - salt, to taste - I usually sprinkle it lightly over granola once it's on the pan
  • Directions:

    Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.

    Mix all ingredients but sesame seeds together.

    Spread out on baking pans, and cook approximately 8 minutes.

    Stir, and then cook for another 7 minutes or so until golden.

    Add sesame seeds, more salt if needed, stir and store.
