Ingredients:

  • 1 packages - long grain and wild rice, cooked
  • 4 - cooked boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 - green bell pepper, diced
  • 1 cups - celery, diced
  • 2 cans - sliced water chestnuts
  • 1 - onion, finely diced
  • 2 cans - cream of chicken soup
  • 3/4 cups - mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cups - to 1 cup finely crushed potato chips OR whole almonds
  • Directions:

    Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate overnight or for several hours.

    Bake uncovered for 45 minutes at 325 degrees F.
