Ingredients:

  • 1 cans - OR 1 box of frozen shoepeg corn
  • 2 - avocados, cubed
  • 1/2 cups - chopped red onion (or less, to taste)
  • 1 tablespoons - sugar
  • 2 tablespoons - to 3 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoons - salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons - dry mustard
  • - dash of salsa
  • Directions:

    Cook corn and then mix everything together.

    Serve with dippers for your guest's enjoyment.
