  • 2 cups - shredded cheese (cheddar or monterey jack)
  • 2 cups - chunky mild salsa
  • 1 cans - drained corn (or equivalent frozen)
  • Directions:

    Mix all together and microwave 1 minute; stir.

    Serve with nacho chips or other dippers / crudites.
