Ingredients:

  • 2 - eggs
  • 1 cartons - 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1 sticks - butter, melted
  • 1 boxes - 8.5 oz. Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 1 cans - 14.75 oz. creamed corn
  • 1 cans - 15 oz. whole kernel corn, drained
  • Directions:

    Beat eggs. Add all other ingredients and pour into well-greased casserole dish.

    Bake at 325 degrees F for 35 to 40 minutes.
