Corn Paneer Kebab Tell a Friend

Ingredients:

  • 1 cups - Corn, Boiled and Crushed
  • 1 cups - Paneer, Grated
  • 1 tablespoons - Makhana, Powdered
  • 1/4 cups - Bread Crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons - Coriander
  • 1 teaspoons - Green Chillies, Chopped
  • 1 tablespoons - Pomegranate Seeds
  • 1 teaspoons - Kasuri Methi
  • - Salt, To Taste
  • 1/4 teaspoons - Chaat Masala
  • 1/2 teaspoons - Amchur Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoons - Roasted Cumin Seeds Powder
  • 1 pinchs - Chilli Powder
  • - Oil, As Required
  • For Pomegranate Chutney
  • 1 cups - Pomegranate Juice
  • 1 teaspoons - Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoons - Black Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoons - Chaat Masala
  • 1 teaspoons - Amchur Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoons - Roasted Cumin Seeds Powder
  • Directions:

    In a bowl, mix corn, paneer, makhana powder, bread crumbs, coriander, green chillies, pomegranate seeds, kasuri methi, salt and masala.
    Make kebabs with wooden sticks.
    Pan fry the kebabs.

    For Pomegranate Chutney,
    Take Pomegranate juice in a pan. Add sugar and boil.
    Add black salt and other masalas and thicken it.

    Garnish Kebabs with Chaat Masala. Serve Hot.
