Ingredients:

  • 1 cans - Cream-style Corn
  • 1 cans - Whole Corn, drained
  • 1/2 cups - Onion, chopped/diced
  • 2 tablespoons - Sugar
  • 1 cups - Medium or Sharp Cheddar, shredded
  • 1 cups - Ritz Crackers, crumbs
  • 1 - Egg, well beaten
  • 2/3 cups - Milk
  • 1/4 cups - Butter, melted
  • Directions:

    Set oven to 350∘ Mix all ingredients together and pour into a 9x13 Dish. Bake for 1 hr.
