Comfort Meatballs Tell a Friend

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 pounds - ground beef
  • 3/4 cups - oats
  • 1 cups - milk
  • 3 tablespoons - onion, finely minced
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons - salt
  • 1 teaspoons - pepper
  • 1 cups - ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons - sugar
  • 3 tablespoons - white vingear
  • 5 tablespoons - onion, finely chopped
  • 3 drops - Tabasco
  • 2 tablespoons - worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cups - flour, for dredging
  • Directions:

    Combine ground beef, oats, milk, 3 T. minced onion, salt, and pepper. Shape into medium balls and place tray in freezer for at least five minutes. Roll frozen balls in flour and brown in a skillet before moving to a baking dish. Combine sauce ingredients and pour over the browned balls. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
