Coffee and Ancho Rub Tell a Friend

  • 1 1/2 teaspoons - ground ancho chili or regular chili powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons - finely ground espresso coffee
  • 1/2 teaspoons - dark brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoons - dry mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoons - ground coriander
  • 1/4 teaspoons - salt
  • 1/4 teaspoons - freshly ground black pepper
  • Directions:

    Mix together and store in an airtight container.

    I usually spray steak with Pam and then rub on seasoning, back and front. Grill and serve.

    You can double or triple the recipe as needed. Make it beforehand as well.
