  • 4 packages - 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 - small can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/2 cups - chopped peanuts
  • 1/2 cups - coconut
  • 1/4 cups - chutney
  • 2 teaspoons - curry powder
  • 1 teaspoons - cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoons - ginger
  • 1 teaspoons - dry mustard
  • - chopped nuts or toasted coconut, for rolling, if desired
  • Directions:

    Mix all ingredients and roll in more chopped peanuts or in toasted coconut. Chill until ready to serve.

    If you want to freeze this, do it before rolling in nuts or coconut; when you want to serve it, defrost and roll it in the nuts or coconut before serving.

    Brief Description

    Make this cheese ball ahead and freeze (if you want), then thaw and roll in nuts just before serving; made with cream cheese, pineapple, nuts, coconut and chutney.
