Chopped Salad Tell a Friend

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups - Ditalini Pasta
  • 8 cups - Romaine Lettuce
  • 2 cups - Cooked Chicken
  • 1 whole - Tomato
  • 1 whole - Ripe Avocado
  • 1/2 cups - Green onions with tops
  • 6 slices - Bacon
  • 1/4 cups - Blue Cheese
  • 1/2 cups - Italian Dressing
  • Directions:

    Cook pasta according to package directions in small (2 quart) saucepan. Drain and rinse under cold running water using large colander.

    Meanwhile, chop lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Dice chicken, tomato, and avocado and slice green onions.

    In large serving bowl, combine pasta, lettuce, chicken, tomato, avocado, green onions, bacon, and blue cheese. Drizzle with dressing; toss to coat. Serve immediately.

    Notes

    Ditalini pasta is a small, tube-shaped pasta. You could substitute tiny shell pasta instead.
