    Brief Description

A deliciously moist chocolate cake with a light glaze. It lasts for forever!

    Main Ingredient:

    Zucchini

    Category:  Desserts

    Cuisine:  American

    Notes

An easy way to prepare the zucchini is to cut it into small chunks and then stick it in the food processor. Do not do this for long though; you are trying to create a grated texture.
